The storage period is limited to the duration of the agreement, Goodspher's general terms, and the time that may be required by other legal obligations.For Inactive Customers, the same principles apply, starting from the date of agreement termination or, in the absence of an agreement, from the date we received your last payment for services.For Marketing purposes, we collect information based on a balancing of interests to enhance the customer experience and communication.
